Team work is always consider as the key role for task completion. Dividing work is important as that will decide how fast work will be done and how skillful people will start to work on it. So for that reason we will divide the work in such way –

– To divide work equal among the team so that they wont feel extra pressure on them.

– Work is given to such person who knows how to do that task, and not given to person who is new to that work. That will slower task and they will not able to complete work on time (Frans, 2012).

– Work is divide between 2 person so that if 1 of the team person is not able to finish task on time then the other one will be able to finish task and they will be able to work as team. They can divide work between each other and they can also get more knowledgeable content on it.

– Feedback will be option that will always be there for all team members who are stuck somewhere and they wont be able finish or they would be need help.

Managing team is a tough task for any project as that will help to finish project on time. If there is a poor management then the whole project wont be possible as management is not helping them and they wont be able do task. So for composing team i would recommend that i would keep 2 pair of person for one topic and they will be able to finish all task. Less work and more time so that gives better performance (Gargone, 2012). Diversity among team would be maintain when i would keep all the work rotation inside and that will increase skills for them.

Team identity for a person is the work that we do inside project that will help for them and they would be able be fit in every side of work and they will be able to attach with that kind of work they are doing and they will hate those work where they wont be able to stay where work is not making sense.
