ConAgra Foods Inc acquires Ralcorps Holdings Inc on the 27 November 2012. The objective of this study is to find out the impact on the share price of ConAgra and prospect after acquiring Ralcorps. ConAgra Foods Inc is an American packaged food company whose headquarter is in Chicago. It was founded in 1919 and it was formerly known as Nebraska Consolidated Mills.

Ralcorp Holdings is an manufacturer  of private food in US and the headquarters is based in Missouri
