Students are required to select a historical character

Students are required to select a historical character who (QUEEN VICTORIA) was born after 1700 and died prior to 1960. Using examples from the characters life (behaviour, thoughts, family, lifestyle etc.) identify the counselling psychological approach that would be of benefit to this individual. This can be an approach covered within the module or one that is not discussed explicitly during the module. The presentation should include a brief description of the individual, the epistemological and ontological stance of the approach selected, the theoretical basis of the approach, and the rationale for the choice. It should also make reference to the therapeutic relationship, therapeutic techniques, and code of conduct. The presentation should be evaluative and situated in the literature.
