First point: do you need to think about implementing something “new” in to your practice? Well yes, ideally you need to think about your area of practice and think about a treatment or intervention plan that could be implemented. When we use the term “new” this could mean something new to your practice. It could be that the intervention is already established and recognised…but it may not be in your area of work and needs to be. SO new, in this case, means new to your practice area. Second point: you may consider creating a message to discontinue or stop treatment in your area of practice…it could be that current evidence suggests a treatment is ineffective and needs to be withdrawn. Therefore, the basis for your CW1 and CW2 could be about withdrawing a treatment as opposed implementing a treatment or intervention.
