Business equipment advice and visual controls

You are required to handle the two assessments attached. Assessment Task 1 is on Business Equipment Advice which will require you to deliver the following in a single report (Use availed templates where applicable):

A completed report with all areas addressed including:

·         overview of equipment and materials

·         weekly operational budget for the equipment (including materials)

·         budget variances

·         analysis of trends/variations in usage of capital equipment

·         research (user surveys and supplier research)

·         comparison of capital equipment suppliers

·         conclusions and recommendations

–       explanation of how you would follow the attached purchasing procedure to acquire the equipment

·         a reorder Kanban

·         graph of lead times

–       records of brainstorm session with key stakeholders/team members
