1.    Write a four to five (4-5) page paper in which you:

 

a.     Analyze the financial condition of Bellwether Garden Supply (a retail and service company), and interpret the result for company leaders.

 

–                To include the three major categories of financial analysis which are liquidity, profitability, and leverage/solvency. Use the BGS financial statements of Chapter 7 to prepare at least one ratio from each category. Select one ratio from each of the three groups, compute the ratios, and discuss.

 

–                Perform an industry comparison of the ratios

 

b.     Make recommendations for how management should address major business decisions or directions for the company over the next two (2) years.

 

c.     Use at least two (2) quality academic resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.
